Generating good business in a chapter relies not only on great members bringing new business opportunities into the room but also on the efforts and commitment of the leadership team.

Leadership teams meet together periodically to share ideas and learn from each other in their efforts to support their respective chapter members in generating more business.

This forum is for Chapter Directors, Membership Coordinators and Secretary/Treasurers to learn from each other and help them grow their own business whilst helping their fellow members grow theirs
Leadership Team Training & Planning
An essential days training for all members taking a role in the running of their chapter.
The session starts with a critique of the chapter followed by goal setting.
We then look in more detail at the role of visitor hosts, all of the co-ordinator roles, membership committee members, membership coordinator, secretary treasurer and chapter director.

The agenda will look something like this: -
Domestics 9:00 - 9:05
Welcome and Introductions 9:05 to 9:20
Leadership Team Agreements 9:20 to 9:30
Covering the costs 9:30 to 9:35
Benefits to you 9:35 to 10:00
Chapter Goals 10:00 to 10:30
Visitor Hosts 10:30 to 11:15
Membership Committee 11:15 to 12:15
Lunch break 12:15 to 12:45
Secretary/Treasurer 12:45 to 13:15
Chapter Director 13:15 to 14:15

Events & Education Coordinators should at least attend the visitor host training.
Members are required to attend their respective module. Membership Coordinators, Secretary/treasurer and chapter Director are expected to attend the whole session.
Member Success Training
Duration 3 hours.

We are happy to train substitutes at the same time so if you have a dedicated substitute bring them along as well. I suggest that they should have attended your regular meeting at least once before coming to the training.

There will be a £10 charge to cover the room hire.
Mid Term Leadership Team Training
6 months ago chapters and members set their goals. Some have exceeded them and some are chasing them. This training is a vital part of achieving your goals in BNI as a chapter and as a member. At this training we will address huge challenges such as "Am I getting what I want from BNI?" "Am I being supported by the chapter?", "Am I supporting the chapter?", "Where will we/I be in a year and how can we help each other achieve this?". Time to refocus, time to set new and challenging goals in our businesses and our chapters. See you there.

Relationship Skills
This workshop is dedicated to building relationships with your fellow members by having effective 1-2-1 meetings!

What's the point of a 1-1 meeting with one of your fellow members? A quick chat? A catch-up on the football/soaps? NO!

A 1-1 meeting should be about generating business through enhanced relationships! How effective are you when doing 1-1s?

This workshop will help you build better relationships with your chapter members (which leads to more business), as well as showing you how you can get more business directly from your 1-1s
